POLICY

  1. All clients must book online through my booking portal. This is for your protection to ensure you receive an email confirmation and that you are not double booked.

  2. Cancellations or reschedules the day before your service will result in the loss of 50% of your service booked or 100% of your service for the day of. This cancellation policy is in effect for all clients. No exceptions.

  3. Upon arrival please TEXT me and I will notify you to come back. Please do not walk in while I am with a client. My door will always be open if I am available. If you are ever unsure, please check in with the front desk assistant and she will help you.

  4. There is a ZERO refund policy for services rendered. No exceptions.
